Working in offices over the past 34 years, and getting laid off in 2012 - gave me an opportunity to really sit down and ponder what I really wanted to do -
What is my passion? The answer is quite simple.... I want to help people feel better about themselves. Being a massage practitioner has allowed me to help relieve pain and allow a better quality of life for my clients.
Graduated in 2013 from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage, Olympia, Washington.
I have training in Swedish, Injury Treatment, Sports Massage, Stress Reduction, Pregnancy, Geriatrics and Lomi Lomi.
Outside of Massage School, I graduated from Reiki, Level II which allows me to provide hands on energy healing. Currently I'm studying to obtain the Third and final level of Reiki, which is the Master level and allows a person to teach and atune others. Reiki is a way to channel the bodies natural energy to help heal ones self.
